3. How to Find Us

FROM HEATHROW: take the Underground, Piccadilly (blue) Line to Hammersmith.

FROM GATWICK: take British Railways to Victoria Station, Underground, District (green) Line to Hammersmith

FROM STANSTED: take British Railways to Liverpool Street Station then Hammersmith/City (pink) Line to Hammersmith.

FROM HEATHROW and GATWICK - Once out of the Underground station at Hammersmith, but still in the CENTRAL shopping plaza, take the moving staircase/escalator to the Bus Station. Take the 220 going in the direction of WANDSWORTH/PUTNEY). It is important it is going in this direction.

From STANSTED once out of Underground station cross over to the CENTRAL shopping Plaza and take the moving staircase/escalator to the Bus Station. Take the 220 going in the direction of WANDSWORTH/PUTNEY.

Once on the 220 bus ask for the request stop at the Cemetery on Fulham Palace Road. Langthorne Street is virtually opposite this stop.
NOTE: at Hammersmith there are taxis at the entrance of the Plaza.
 

TRAVEL ON  LONDON TRANSPORT:  Langthorne Street is in zone 2. For the cheapest fares , purchase an Oyster card via www.tfl.gov.uk

Buses 220 to Hammersmith and 74/211 to West End stop at the end of the street. 220, 74 and 430 to Putney, 295 to Fulham Broadway.

HOW TO FIND by car: From DOVER take the M25 motorway round London, take A3 (to London), keep on A3 to London, taking the turning for Putney, down Putney High St, over Putney bridge, KEEP LEFT into Fulham Palace Road, at the cemetery turn left into LANGTHORNE STREET.
From HARWICH take the M25, take M4 to London, then take turning marked Hammersmith and other routes, round the Broadway/Central Plaza, take road signed to Putney, half a mile along Fulham Palace Road, Langthorne Street is on the right opposite the cemetery.

Metered On-Street Parking - FREE nearby on Saturday, FREE everywhere on Sunday.
