2. TARIFF

NOTE rates depend on length of stay and are NOT negotiable.

 DOUBLE/TWIN bedded room RATES (i.e. for two people)
£70.00 is the rate for ONE or TWO nights                                                                                              £60.00 per night for THREE or FOUR nights
£50.00 per night onwards

For ten or more, consecutive nights only, £45.00.

SINGLE ROOM RATES
£40.00 per night for TWO nights                                                                                                            £35.00 per night THREE or FOUR nights
£30.00 per night onwards
For eleven or more, consecutive nights only, £25.00.

SOLE USE OF BATHROOM FACILITY is £5.00 extra per person NO ADDITIONAL VALUE ADDED TAX

TERMS OF BOOKING

ALL bookings are confirmed on receipt of 25% deposit.

Deposits: With regret the owner does not have credit card facilities and on their Bank's advice cannot accept traveller's cheques or Euro cheques. Deposits can be paid by UK cheques. Visitors from outside the U.K. should pay by STERLING BANKERS (CASH) DRAFT, or by Western Union, or by cash sent by International Registered Mail.

FULL PAYMENT: must be paid by cash or U.K. Banker's Cheque, supported by a personal bank card. NO ADDITIONAL VALUE ADDED TAX.

ALL CHEQUES/DRAFTS: must be made out to “Brigid Richardson”

When making reservations for IMMEDIATE response please telephone.

NOTE: Telephone bookings will be reserved for a week to ten days prior to receipt of written confirmation enclosing a deposit. All bookings secured on receipt of a deposit ONLY.

NOTE: Keys are given in exchange for a passport. This is for security reasons as this is not a 24 manned

hotel. They are returned when the keys are returned on the day of departure.
